Crista LeGrand, CAE, CMP
President & CEO

Crista possesses over 18 years of experience in managing tax-exempt organizations and holds the designations of Certified Association Executive (CAE) and Certified Meeting Professional (CMP).  She is an avid Terps fan and enjoys spending time with her family.

Amanda Bolinsky
Senior Account Executive

Amanda holds her Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Loyola University and is analytical and meticulous with everything she touches, including her nonprofit expertise and solid experience with supporting a Board of Directors and association operations.  On days off, Amanda can be found on a boat in Annapolis with her husband and new bouncing baby boy.

Jason Dumm
Financial Coordinator

For almost seven years, Jason's excellent attention to detail means our customer partner's finances are always in line. In his free time, he enjoys exploring Baltimore and perfecting his culinary skills.

Michelle Gantzhorn
Administrative Coordinator

Michelle supports the team and ensures that all member requests are handled top notch.  In her spare time, she's raising two daughters, which means lots of princess dress-up, glitter and crafts. 

Paula Kreuzburg, IOM
Senior Account Executive

Paula has worked in association management for over 20 years and brings expertise in strategic planning;  board and committee leadership development; and budget planning and growth. Paula's our resident food aficionado and can tell you where all the best restaurants are in Maryland.

Bob Liberto, CPA
Chief Financial Officer

Bob brings over 25 years of experience in providing financial services for tax-exempt organizations and fully understands the financial standards and processes in association management. On Sundays, you'll find him at a Baltimore Ravens game and in case you weren't aware, we were SuperBowl Champs in 2000 and 2012.

Donna Liberto
Financial Manager

Donna has been with the C&A for 17 years and in the accounting field for over 20. She is detail-oriented, competent, and, of course, sharp with numbers. When she's not creating financial statements, you can find her raising her twins, at the shore or dreaming about her retirement villa in Italy.

Dawn Lipsey
Account Executive

With more than 25 years of experience in a variety of roles within association management, Dawn has a keen eye for how best to serve our partners. She's seeking her Master of Science in Management, specialization of nonprofit and association management.  Dawn's creativity and thriftiness, is put to good use for all of our customers.  When she's not finding a bargain, she's traveling to visit her children who live across the US.

Kim Shaw
Association Coordinator

Kim brings years of event planning experience and has meticulous attention to the details.  She enjoys tackling projects and figuring out how to streamline processes for better efficiency.  Kim is a true Maryland girl who cheers for the Orioles, Ravens and Terps while teaching her sons all of the fight songs for our home teams.

 

Alice Simpkins
Meetings & Member Services Manager

Alice has years of organizational and project management experience, so she fits right in with the fast-paced environment of association management.  She's received numerous awards in writing contests and put her skills to good use by teaching students at a boarding school.  Alice is also the C&A Social Director and plans our team outings and volunteer services.

Becca Stinner
Account Executive

Becca holds a Masters Degree in Business Administration and Bachelor's Degree in Marketing.  She's detail-oriented and a true team player who always hits the ground running for the partners she works with. While in college, she was an all-conference cross country runner and also served as the assistant coach of the Cross Country and Track & Field Team.  In her free time, you can find her cruising on her motorcycle.

Megan Stewart
Association Coordinator

Megan exhibits a passion for serving others with utilizing top-notch customer service skills.  Combined with her background in social media and business administration, she fits right in with the fast-paced environment of association management.  When she's not coordinating social media posts, you'll find her taking selfies in a kayak with her daughter.

 

Renée Theragood
Senior Account Executive

Renée is a West Virginia University graduate and her experience includes more than 10 years of association management, including managing communication strategies; serving as liaison between state associations and national organizations; analyzing, managing and tracking bill introductions, changes and developments in state laws and legislation that impacts the organization; and association brand management.  Even though she's not Irish, her favorite holiday is St. Patrick's Day and she's always the first one on the dance floor.

 

Layla
C&A Mascot

Layla serves as the mascot, morale booster and security guard.  She's a rescue dog from South Korea and is part Jindo, Shiba Inu, Chow Chow, and Spitz.  When she's not sleeping, you can find her entertaining for treats.  #cutenessoverload
