Our Facilities

Clemons & Associates, Inc. is headquartered in Baltimore's thriving White Marsh community – less than one hour from Washington, D.C. We have small conference facilities on site and a hotel with full conference facilities across the street.

We've been at this location for over twenty years!  When you select C&A as your organization's AMC, you can feel secure in the fact that we're not going anywhere.  Our address becomes your address.

Information Systems

Clemons & Associates, Inc. uses customized software specifically designed for association membership and event management. It allows us to collect the detailed demographic and historical information about your members that proves critical in the planning process. It allows for up-to-the-minute reporting on anything you want to know about association members and events. We have customized the software to interface directly with our customers' online activities. It is also fully integrated with our financial management software.

In addition to custom software for membership and event management, we use leading financial management, publishing, office and communication software to serve our clients. Our information systems are customizable to meet specific customer needs.

Communication

Clemons & Associates, Inc. has the e-mail, voice mail, Internet and fax systems necessary to make our staff and your information as accessible as possible. These systems, along with our duplicating equipment, are integrated into our information systems for the best and most efficient customer service.

Directions to Our Offices

From Interstate 95 (north or south): Take I-95 to exit 67B (White Marsh Blvd.). After exiting, move immediately to the left lane and turn left at the first traffic light (Honeygo Blvd.). Turn left at the third light, Campbell Blvd. (TGI Fridays on the corner). Turn left into the White Marsh Business Center after you pass the Hampton Inn on your right but before you go under the bridge. Head to the back of the parking lot and you'll find us on the corner.

From the Baltimore Beltway: Take the Baltimore Beltway (I-695) to exit 31-C (White Marsh Blvd.) Turn right at the fifth traffic light (Honeygo Blvd.). Turn left at the third light, Campbell Blvd. (TGI Fridays on the corner). Turn left into the White Marsh Business Center after you pass the Hampton Inn on your right but before you go under the bridge. Head to the back of the parking lot and you'll find us on the corner.
